Stand Out From The Crowd!
Hey, Paul Adamson here. Now I've got a question for you. Are you new school or old school? Hmm? What do I mean by that?
I mean, are you new school in business, or old school in business? You see, I'm a big believer in being old school. What that means is it means doing what we used to do before the advent of all this technology, meaning that if I want to go and create a result, if I want to go and close a deal, if I want to go and create whatever it is, I will make sure I go and get myself in front of the right people. I'll do business face-to-face with them because nothing beats building a relationship by being face-to-face because let's face it, the most precious resource we all have on this planet is our time. It's the only thing that's ticking away consistently on us.
You can probably guess where I am with that famous landmark in the background. That's old school, right?
Here's the thing, old school works! You see, if you go the new school route, which is send an email, send them a text, maybe a WhatsApp, whatever it is, Facebook or LinkedIn and whatever, that's all cool. The problem is everybody else is doing that too. If you want to be the one that stands out, if you want to be the one that makes the difference, if you want to be the one that builds a genuine relationship, and it's a genuine relationship that's going to get you the results that you want, then practice the business of being old school, the power of old school business.
Listen, I hope that video has served you in some way.
Wherever you are in the world, I hope you're well, and one life, live it. I look forward to speaking you very, very soon.
