Living With Follicular Lymphoma

In October 2022, my journey took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with Follicular Lymphoma.

As you can probably imagine this turned my world upside down and put simply, it was the most challenging and frightening time of my life.

Everything I have learned over the years came into play, all my resilience, all my leadership, and my eternal optimism.

I am delighted to now be in remission after Professor Andrew Davies and the incredible team of Lymphoma Specialist Nurses at Southampton General Hospital took me into their care and successfully treated me over the past year.

Last night, it was an honor and privilege to be asked by the @follicularlymphomafoundation (FLF) to share my story at their inaugural FLF Gala Dinner.

I have spoken on many stages over the years and last night was simply the most important keynote I have ever delivered.

To have played my part to help inspire the room to raise over £500,000 has blown me away.

Thank you so much to everyone who supported the FLF last night. I’m so humbled and touched by the generosity of everyone in the room.

As soon as it’s ready, we will share my keynote and I would love your help to raise the awareness of the FLF so we can find the cure together!

The team in the FLF are world-class and I know 100% that they will be successful in their mission. It’s a true pleasure to support them.

PLEASE, like, share, and comment on this post to help us raise awareness.

Thank You and remember....One Life....Live it!! xxx

Paul

P.S. I have to say it was awesome to ‘warm up’ the stage for Garry Barlow!! Who simply rocked the joint!! Frikking Awesome!!
